Broken Bottle Arcade Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Broken Bottle Arcade!
All refunds or exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service by email at returns@bbarcade.com. No products will eligible for refund or exchange after 45 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • If an order has not yet shipped, it may be canceled for full refund.
  • If the product is unopened it may be returned at your expense to the address below for full refund
  • If the product is opened but still in the original packaging, it may be returned at your expense to the address below for a refund less a 20% restocking fee or for exchange at full value.
  • No products are eligible for refund or exchange without the original packaging.
  • Products returned for refund will be evaluated upon receipt. You will receive an email within fourteen (14) days regarding the status of your refund.
  • To complete your return, a receipt of proof of purchase is required.
  • Only products purchased directly from Broken Bottle Arcade will be eligible for refund or exchange with Broken Bottle Arcade. Products purchased from another retailer must be addressed with that outlet and will be subject to their refund and exchange policy and terms and conditions.
  • Products returned with only a gift receipt will only be eligible for exchange, not for refund.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been processed. All refunds will be subject to the processing times of your bank or credit card company. Contact them directly for details and status of your refund credit.
Warranty Claims

To receive warranty coverage, you must register your product on bbarcade.com/warranty within 60 days of delivery and prior to making any claim.

If a product is received with damage obviously incurred in shipping, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. Take photos of all sides of the packaging and do not discard any packaging. Please notify us at warranty@bbarcade.com and contact the carrier’s customer service directly.

If a product is defective or missing parts, please contact warranty@bbarcade.com for assistance.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

Partial refunds are granted only if:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Broken Bottle Arcade will provide return shipping labels for the original packaging only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It was harder than I thought it was gonna be, for sure... There's a whole strategy to shooting it so I don't think I expected that... It was really fun, though. The two times that I did get it, I was like, YES!! … I would totally do this again.
